Theodore J. Krawiec, M.D.
Founder
Theodore J. Krawiec, M.D. co-founded Constitution Surgery Centers in 1997. Presently, he serves in an advisory capacity.
Dr. Krawiec is an ophthalmologist in solo practice in Westfield, Massachusetts. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering. He received his medical degree and post graduate training at the New Jersey College of Medicine.
Prior to his medical career, Dr. Krawiec was a pilot on active duty in the U.S. Air Force and subsequently served as a pilot and flight surgeon with the Massachusetts Air National Guard.
