Terry Bennett

Vice President of Operations

Terry Bennett is a Vice President of Operations at Constitution Surgery Centers, LLC (CSC).  Ms. Bennett serves as the Administrator for The ENT Center of Rhode Island, LLC in Warwick, RI. The ENT Center of Rhode Island, LLC is one of the busiest Otolaryngology ASCs in the country with 28 surgeons and five operating rooms.

Ms. Bennett has over thirty years experience in nursing and ambulatory care with the last twenty-five years as Nurse Manager and Director of Nursing of a free-standing surgery center in Rhode Island. She began working for CSC in March of 2008.

Along with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rhode Island College, Ms. Bennett has Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certifications.
