Steve Bessette

Vice President of Operations

Steve Bessette is a Vice President of Operations at Constitution Surgery Centers, LLC (CSC).  Mr. Bessette currently manages two surgery center joint ventures with Yale New Haven Hospital. The centers have over 300 physicians on staff and perform 12,000 procedures annually.

Prior to working with CSC, Mr. Bessette was a surgery center administrator for HealthSouth Corporation. He also has been the director of clinical operations for a seventeen facility outpatient rehabilitation company in Connecticut. Mr. Bessette has been an adjunct faculty member in a graduate allied health degree program and has lectured internationally on orthopedic rehabilitation.

Mr. Bessette received a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac College and a Masters of Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is involved in numerous professional organizations including the Connecticut Association of Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
