Paula Chenail

Vice President of Operations

Paula Chenail is a Vice President of Operations at Constitution Surgery Centers, LLC (CSC).  Ms. Chenail currently oversees two orthopedic centers managed by CSC:  the Orthopedic Associates Surgery Center, located in Rocky Hill, CT, and the Glastonbury Surgery Center in Glastonbury, CT.

Prior to working for  CSC, Ms. Chenail was the clinical director of a Northwestern Connecticut surgery center, where she was involved in the establishment of the center and managing many surveys with the State of Connecticut and Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC).

Ms. Chenail received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Connecticut. She is involved in numerous professional organizations including the Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN), Connecticut Association of Ambulatory Surgery Centers (CAASC), and the CAASC Patient Safety Organization.
