Kris Mineau

President & CEO

Kris Mineau is President and Chief Executive Officer of Constitution Surgery Centers, LLC (CSC). Mr. Mineau co-founded CSC in 1997 and has led the company's growth over the past 10 years. With surgery centers in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island, CSC's partnerships extend to over 200 physicians and three hospitals. These centers perform more than 75,000 outpatient cases annually.

Prior to founding CSC, Mr. Mineau was a pilot in the United States Air Force. He commanded several different types of aircrafts flying a variety of missions worldwide.

Mr. Mineau received a bachelor's degree in management from The United States Air Force Academy in 1988. He is involved in numerous professional organizations including the Connecticut Association of Ambulatory Surgery Centers, where he served as its founding president.
