Kreg Palko

Sr. Vice President of Operations

Kreg Palko is a Senior Vice President of Operations at Constitution Surgery Centers, LLC (CSC). Mr. Palko oversees the Massachusetts and Rhode Island regions for CSC. He currently manages three Surgery Centers, with over 80 physicians who perform over 26,000 cases annually. 

Prior to joining CSC, Mr. Palko was a business aviation pilot for five years and served as a pilot in the United States Air Force for 11 years. He captained several different types of aircraft, flying a variety of missions worldwide.

Mr. Palko graduated from The United States Air Force Academy in 1988. He is involved in numerous personal and professional organizations including the Massachusetts Association of Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
