Dwayne Kertanis

Sr. Vice President of Operations

Dwayne Kertanis is a Senior Vice President of Operations at Constitution Surgery Centers, LLC (CSC). He has over 25 years of experience in the surgical field. Mr. Kertanis currently oversees three ophthalmic surgery centers in Connecticut. These centers have 78 ophthalmologists on staff and perform more than 22,000 cases annually.

Mr. Kertanis served in the US Navy as an operating room technician and was deployed on the USS Puget Sound (AD-38). 

Mr. Kertanis received a bachelor's degree in economics and finance from The University of Connecticut in 1990. He is involved in many professional organizations including Connecticut Association of Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
