Betty Windhom

Vice President of Operations

Betty Windhom is a Vice President of Operations at Constitution Surgery Centers, LLC (CSC).  Ms. Windhom manages Constitution Surgery Center East, LLC in Waterford, Connecticut. Associated with CSC since 2002, Ms. Windhom started her career with the company as Clinical Director.  

As part of a dedicated team of professionals, Ms. Windhom contributes to the development of new centers, focusing on the process of State Licensure, AAAHC Accreditation, policy and procedure protocol, and staff development.

Ms. Windhom has been in healthcare for over 30 years, beginning her career in hospitals as a surgical technologist. Upon graduating in 1993 with an associate's degree in Nursing from Three Rivers Community College in Norwich, CT, Ms. Windhom went on to receive her bachelor's degree in Nursing Science in 2003 from St. Joseph's College in West Hartford, CT. She is also a Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) licensed in Connecticut and Massachusetts. Her credentials as a nurse, combined with her management experience, reinforce the premium care given to CSC's patients by both she and her dedicated staff of professionals.
